For all our desires and ambitions in life, are we earning or living them?
As humans, we find ourselves amid the daily grind, where we must put in our time and effort to earn a living. We have been told repeatedly that if we desire to lead a happy and contented life, we must put in the necessary effort and strive hard to achieve our goals.
This means we must work tirelessly towards our dreams and aspirations, even when going is tough. However, by persevering through the challenges and obstacles, we can find a sense of fulfilment and purpose that cannot be seen through any other means.
In essence, it is through our hard work and dedication that we can create a meaningful and rewarding life.
While earning a livelihood is undoubtedly crucial, we must also acknowledge that there is much more to life than pursuing financial stability.
Life is a journey filled with endless possibilities, experiences, and adventures, and we should strive to relish every moment.
The typical perception of a good life among people often revolves around material possessions and physical experiences.
The Scriptures have a very different description of life. Let us be reminded in Matthew 6:33 to “But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.”
Lured by what the material world offers, many Christians have not achieved the best breakthrough in life that awaits them.
Whatever your undertakings in life are, whether you are earning or living life, I invite you to pause and watch the video below.
