Those who are far from you will perish; you destroy all who are unfaithful to you. But as for me, it is good to be near God. I have made the Sovereign LORD my refuge; I will tell of all your deeds.
Psalm 73:27-28

There are flowering plants with small flowers that can be better appreciated by getting closer and looking closely.
One of these is the yarrow herb that abounds on the path up Oamaru Lookout Hill.
They are so common that one can easily overlook them as a flowering plant on the roadsides and hills. It is only when you get closer that you can appreciate their beauty.

The Psalmist reminds us that those far from God will perish, and He destroys all who are unfaithful to Him.
As a faithful believer and follower of God, please consider the following actions:
- Come near to God and appreciate His refuge, strength, and power.
- Consistent spiritual nourishment comes from studying the Bible and engaging in prayer.
- Create capillary conduits to share the Good News.
When you humbly seek the presence of God, you will come to truly appreciate the depth of His refuge, the strength He provides, and the boundless power that comes from Him.
