Our kin and friends from the US, Europe, Australia, and other world places whom we have constant contact with through Facebook and other social media channels, ‘shared’ and ‘liked’ the article.
It was one of the Editor’s picks and became the most popular viewed article of the day. As of writing, the article had garnered 105 Facebook ‘Like’ and was Tweeted 15 times.
The Timaru Herald readers channeled 73 views (or sessions) to our blog post “Reasons for Beautiful Living in South Canterbury.”
At 11:30 morning, The Timaru Herald tweeted: “South Canterbury now international news, thanks to blog by Timaru pastor.”
A kind Kiwi business person in Timaru who had read the article called me. He took the time to get to know me personally. That was the beginning of a work and ministry relationship, which unfolding narrative deserves another testimony chapter.
We are thankful for how the Lord God has facilitated us settling in Timaru. To Him be all the glory and honor.
