Today, I am relaunching “From Worry To Glory” (FWTG) the first website that I created in 2009.
I created FWTG as a portal for testimonies of faith, hope, and love. I got the website title from the song I composed in 1996.
Initially, I thought of FWTG as an online portal for my articles and testimonies from other colleagues. It gives me happiness to know that FWTG posts encourage and inspire people.
Then I got the opportunity to write articles for clients around the world. I learned from them that they need write-ups to promote their businesses online.
One of my clients from UK taught me the basic principles of writing for Search Engines, the importance of keywords and its placement. Online writing sparked my interest in learning search engine optimisation.
When I started blogging, I didn’t know anything about HTML codes, CSS, creating websites from scratch, nor customising websites.
However, I found WordPress.com offers a straightforward way to start a website. So, I created one and learned gradually how the WordPress framework works.
My Civil Engineering and Theology backgrounds not only help my composing web content. It allowed me to understand and learn the basic things about websites. In fact, there is always more to discover and improve knowledge.
In 2015, FWTG was one of my websites that got destroyed due to hacking. Fortunately, I was able to salvage some of its content but I wasn’t able to recover a number of articles.
I tried rebuilding the website, but it suffered hacking again a few months later. These hacking incidents discouraged me from reconstructing the website.
I placed FWTG on the free WordPress.com hosting, publishing new posts now and then, making it as on semi-hiatus for five years.
The COVID-19 pandemic spurred me to plan for reconstructing FWTG. We all know that it has caused a lot of deaths, sufferings and challenges around the world.
There are a lot of people who need inspiration and encouragement through testimonies of faith, hope, and love.
Thus, I am pleased to present “From Worry to Glory“, and it is my prayer and a strong wish that I will be able to publish testimonies consistently and that you will all derive faith, hope, and love inspirations from them.
I want to invite you to also subscribe to our newsletter so you will receive new posts in your email.
May the Lord God bless you all!
